Customers must purchase their plan online and enable auto-renewal at purchase to get this offer for €10 every 30 days. The allowance, at this price, will renew automatically every 30 days for 11 renewals, or until you cancel auto-renewal.

The price will revert to the standard price of €20 every 30 days from the 13th renewal onwards.

If your auto-renewal fails, then your offer will be cancelled, and you will be charged the standard price of €20 every 30 days.

Allowances are for personal use only, covering calls, texts, and mobile internet usage from within Ireland to standard Irish landlines, mobile numbers, standard international landlines, and mobile numbers in selected countries (see website for details).

Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and unused allowance will not roll over. Any usage not included in allowances will be charged at standard rates.

Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating remaining allowances.

EU Roaming Terms

This bundle includes an EU/EEA Countries data roaming allowance of 16.3 GB. When this EU data allowance finishes, rates will apply at €0.0036/Mb. Once the total data allowance for this bundle expires then our standard Pay As You Go rate applies. EU roaming rates valid from 01/07/2022.

Auto-renewal Terms

Your plan is subject to auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is turned on by default to enable Go Unlimited customers to take up the offer price. It will automatically renew once it expires. We will remind you before renewal of your plan to give you the option to cancel. The renewal charges will be deducted from the payment method used for the initial activation.

To cancel auto-renewal, dial *190# and follow the instructions. Once auto-renewal is cancelled, you will no longer benefit from the Go Unlimited exclusive offer. Please note that any auto-renewal cancellation request made on or after the expiry date will not be accepted. The discounted price is valid for Unlimited customers only.

Fair Usage Policy and Important Information

Our roaming services are intended for Lyca Mobile customers who visit EU Countries for short periods. For example, a holiday or short trip. Our roaming Fair Usage Policy is designed to prevent misuse of our EU Countries roaming products and service.

To use our EU Countries roaming services you must first activate your SIM in your home country (and have purchased a Lyca Mobile product that includes EU Countries roaming services).

Your calls to other Lyca Mobile numbers are free at home (minimum top-up applies), but when you roam within EU Countries they will be charged (or deducted from your plan allowance) as standard calls.

If we identify abusive usage of our roaming services due to organised resale of our SIM cards to persons who normally live outside of Ireland, then we may take immediate proportionate measures to stop this, which could include suspension of services. We will send a text message to any such affected SIM cards.
